Welcome to n-compass Advocacy Hub. The Hub is an independent and confidential single point of contact for adults who may be experiencing difficulties in having their voice heard when accessing and or dealing with adult health and social care services. The Hub provides immediate access to information and support tailored to your needs.

History

n-compass is a highly experienced provider of advocacy services. We have been at the forefront of person centred and strength based statutory and non statutory advocacy provision since 1999. We are committed to placing your needs at the heart of the work we do, the main aim is to deliver excellence by building individual resilience and integrating advocacy as best practice within Health and Social Care.

Our services are delivered in line with the National Advocacy Code of Practice and we hold the National Advocacy Quality Performance Mark which evidences our services are of a high quality and delivered in line with national best practice. The Team

Our services are delivered by Multi Specialist Advocates who are trained and qualified in all forms of advocacy to ensure continuity and quality of care. Multi specialist advocates support you to understand and exercise your rights in relation to accessing and dealing with Health and Social Care services to ensure your voice is heard and your rights are protected. The service is free and confidential, working independently from the local authority and health and social care professionals and so you can be confident our main focus is to represent you, your views and wishes.
