Alcohol Awareness Week
At n-compass we are committed to helping improve the wellbeing of everyone we work with. The Lancashire Wellbeing Service is a fantastic example of how we work with people to raise awareness of the support and guidance that that is available to them and start them on their journey towards a happier, healthier life. This week is Alcohol Awareness Week 2016 and we’d like to take this opportunity to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol and the help that is available.
The NHS website states that someone you know may be misusing alcohol if:
They regularly exceed the lower-risk daily limit for alcohol.
They're sometimes unable to remember what happened the night before because of their drinking.
They fail to do what was expected of them as a result of their drinking – for example, missing an appointment or work because of being drunk or hungover.
If you are 18 or over, live in Lancashire and are concerned about you wellbeing and would like some support to adopt a healthier lifestyle then visit our website or call 03450 138 208
