Compliments / Comments
If you’ve had a good experience, or there’s something you really like about the support you’ve received from us we’d love to hear about it.
If you have ideas about changes we could make to improve our services then let us know. You can either pass your suggestions or comments on to a team member or put them in writing, using our easy form to the right.
Complaints
If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll try to resolve the issue on an informal basis in the first instance, as we’ve found that most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
However, if you’re not satisfied with the response, then you have the right to make a formal complaint which is dealt with at a more senior level.
Concerns
Sometimes we have concerns about others and it’s important that we are able to raise those concerns – particularly if it involves vulnerable people or children.
We are keen to hear about any worries or concerns you have about any of our staff or service users and urge people to get in touch, whatever the reason.
