North Lancs Health Trainers Health and Wellbeing Drop In
North Lancs Health Trainers, Health and Wellbeing Drop In, is a free, confidential service to help support individuals to improve and maintain healthier lifestyles. The Drop In is friendly, informal, non-judgemental and no appointment is needed. It gives individuals the opportunity to weigh themselves discretely, discuss plans to lose or gain weight and access support other areas such as:
· Eat Healthier
· Get Active
· Drink Sensibly
· Quit Smoking
· Look after your Sexual Health
· Feel Happier and Healthier
The Drop In is organised by trained volunteers, Carol Bailey and Ann Jones, and their role as Health Trainer Champions is to provide information and offer support with goal setting and taking small steps which can lead to longer-term positive lifestyle habits.
The Health and Wellbeing Drop In is open to residents aged 18 years and over living in Wyre Borough and held at Fleetwood Library, North Albert Street, Fleetwood, FY7 6AJ every alternate Tuesday, between 11.30am and 1.30pm.

Fleetwood Library has welcomed the development of the Health and Wellbeing Drop In by displaying healthy messages and being available to talk about other community services available in libraries across the borough.
